Professional Biography
LEE RUDNICKI is a senior entertainment and technology attorney with more than 20 years of experience in international co-productions, studio films, and global streaming series. He combines deep legal expertise with advanced use of AI and emerging technologies to streamline dealmaking, protect rights, and maximize value across development, financing, and production.

Active as a law professor, Lee has taught seminars and a law school class in entertainment transactions since 2012.
He has served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for leading studios and producers, negotiating cross-border financing, IP acquisitions, and high-stakes talent and distribution deals. His credits include the $25 million feature Wonderwell (starring Carrie Fisher), ARK (Paramount+), and Trese (Netflix). Fluent in Italian, he is a board member of the Roma Hollywood Cinema Club, advancing U.S.-Europe co-productions.
Lee is a contributing expert for LexisNexis, where his contract templates and practice guides are used by attorneys nationwide. He also teaches entertainment law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law and is the author of How to Pass the California Bar Exam, How to Pass the New York Bar Exam, and The Lawyer’s Journey.
His career began in Silicon Valley as Corporate Counsel at a venture-backed technology startup, followed by entertainment litigation in San Francisco for major clients including Clear Channel and the San Francisco Symphony. This foundation in technology, litigation, and production gives him a tactical advantage in structuring agreements that endure.
